Discovered I can be brilliant on demand when, at the last minute I opted to enter the contest to write the senior musical, pulled an all-nighter and came up with a script: To Be or Not To Be: She Wasn't. Pointless but oh-so clever, and it won !
Girl reporter, feature writer for a small town newspaper in El Dorado County, CA. Penned a weekly humor column Country Cluckin'for 5 years. Published feature articles in major magazines and published numerous stories in collections such as Chicken Soup, God Allows U-Turns & more.
Became a legislative assistant/press secretary/speechwriter for the California State Senate in Sacramento. Spent 12 years learning to research, ghost-write and make sense out of state politics.
Stepped out to launch my freelance writing and speaking career in 1998. Publication of first book, After the Locusts, in 2002 followed by Unshakeable, Woman Behind the Mask, Soul Retreats for Women.
Appeared on LIFE TODAYwith James Robison and guest appearances on numerous television programs and hundreds of radio programs across the country where I shared my testimony and life lessons --- to the glory of God!!!
